Beef Wellington

My man and I love to eat. Not only eating out, we actually enjoy preparing food in our little kitchen, little but very well equipped kitchen. This beef wellington isn’t a very simple dish to prepare but it definitely worth trying. Set out the Beef Wellington on a side of a big round plate along with side dishes of green peas and potatoes and enjoy!

iPhone Apps: Count Up

Posted by Callista On Friday, March 05, 2010

When I was small, I didn't get to buy new toy very often, so me and my sister create our own game with our own imagination. Tic Tac Toe was the most common one but we got bored very quick because it's a nine square boxes game, our little brain didn't get to workout a lot.

I wonder where the idea came from, we created this numbering game and we liked it. It's so random and every game we played was never similar to the last one.

One a blank paper, we randomly write the number, I will write all the odd number and my sister will write all the even number, from 1 to 100. After that, both of us use a different color pen, counting together the number from 1, search for the counted number that scattered on the paper and circle it. At the end of the game, the person who got to circle more number is the winner.

When I stumble on this game in the Apps Store, it reminds me of the good old days.

Count Up, when I first played this game, it was still very lightly design, only the game, no options, no score board which I have to manually print the screen to record the shortest completion time.

The game is easy, even a 4 year old child get to play this. It's just counting from 1 to 30, it sounds so childish but well, I always challenge myself trying to beat my own record.

So far, this is the best that I have got, 11.622 seconds completing 30 numbers.

Challenge me!!!
